I’m 21 and have probably been sleep deprived for years, averaging around 6-7 hours of sleep each night (probably much closer to 6 though).

Obviously, this has had a disproportionately autistic impact on my wellbeing and I recognise that simply getting more sleep (8-9 hours) could drastically improve my life.

My diet has been pretty decent, I’ve exercised regularly over long periods (on and off since I was 17), etc… so I hope that much of the “damage” is reversible.

What do you think ? How brutal of a looksmin would this actually be, is this likely mostly reversible
