Blud his phil and lips looks deformed..i did the same thing almost, my lips and stuff looked totally normal and had normal function at 2 weeks. Time to realize something didnt go as plan

Some flaws are a lot more fixable with surgeries than others but yeh too many people overestimate the power of surgery and end up botched or uncanny but it’s by no means a cope if you have a good base

Genio seems to be the best surgery unless you need djs for functionality.(which is most cases anyway)

He also mentioned he’ll get LL cuz of his height, you do know that swelling takes up to a year or two to completely subside and through all that swelling his jaw is literally visible and way better than b4

Look at the diff between planned cut and execution, it wasnr meant to be this big gap. Bonegrowth over all the plates are visible but not this gap ? Blud something is off. Unless this was heavly bone grafted which i doubt , this could be a forever gap with a very high possibility.
