i want to grow my shoulders from 46cm to 56cm shoulder width. i hit shoulders once or twice a week. is it possible to get this naturally by the end of july? if so what exercises should i do to maximize my results atm i hit lat raises, shoulder press and face pull + the secondary activation the shoulders get from other exercises.

I got 54cm bidelt after 7months gh and 4 months roids.

started at like 45. (might be super wrong idk)

Train harder and eat high protein, you can't beat your genetic limit but you can increase and fraud if you want to.

i started from around 43cm whats the most i could get?

Not sure, since everyone's genetics are unique but you can expect around 2.5 to 3 inches(6.3 to 7.5cm increase)

That's only if you train consistently for 2-3 years and build mass in shoulders as well as get lean.
