Roughly .25g - .5g of carbs 1-2 hours before you workout and you should be good.
And you should have good amount of carbs when cutting fat aswell.

edit: Roughly .25g - .5g per lb of body weight

dogshit advice, the body won't burn fat as efficiently if you're having a good amount of carbs in a cut

carbs are fuel source, if someone's fat they can use that fat as energy instead (ketosis)

diet 101: fat loss comes from a calorie deficit not a cut in carbs. when in the gym your performance is mainly going to be based off the amount of carbs you've had that day. shit workouts will cause you to most likely lose muscle in a deficit.

no matter how many carbs you eat as long as your in a kcal deficit you will lose fat.
