How many inches can you realistically gain from gymcelling???

I'm curious about how much shoulder width (bideltoid measurement) can realistically be gained through training For example, if someone with an untrained shoulder width of 18 inches and little to no muscle, how much wider could they expect to get with consistent gymcelling over time

if 18 inches is your true clavicle length then if you start roiding plus primarily focusing on your side delts, traps and your lats

then you could probably reach 22-23inches
