best hydrating agent is not water. its soda (carbonated water, sparkling water, etc whatever u wanna call it and no not coke).
soda is acidic and roughly similar to our body's pH. (our body is acidic)

not only is the pH equilibrium maintained but soda is actually absorbed faster because of ions (carbonates), and long story short the body can split it into CO2 and H2O basically and maximize our body functions (CO2 is the main cardiovasculardilator in our body not O2)

if u eat salt u need consume more water and this salt store tihs water so u get bloated.. just dont consume salt and drink water whenever u want i think is best

Also If you are bloated all the time it's 100% because you have some underlying health issue and if you want the problem to go away long term you need a low inflammatory diet (whatever that means for you since it varies significantly from person to person)
