Try reading first thing in the morning. How do y'all manage to read and not forget what you read like 5 seconds after or forget to memorise, or with fucked up attention span
i hate fiction, literal talesI don't read non-fiction, only fiction
I hate non fiction, "philosophers" are retards who just can't get to the fucking pointi hate fiction, literal tales
Dostoyevski is great and I highly recommend him. He's not everyone's cup of tea as some people find his characters too obsessive. It is true but not an obstacle in my case. If you want to give him a try "The Gambler" and "Notes from the Underground" are short novels and pretty light compared to his other works. "Brothers Kamarazov" and "Crime and Punishment" are quite long and might require several rereads but I found all very enjoyable.I wanted to start reading Dostovoesky along with other Russian authors from that era, or Kafka, just gotta make time. I've heard a lot of interesting quotes from them already
All the worst, most tedious people think shit like this. First of all, the language is usually vastly superior, so while the stories might be fake, the words are real. Secondly, all the best fiction uses its literal tales merely as a vehicle for shedding light on psychological and philosophical truths.i hate fiction, literal tales
Nietzsche said of Dostoevsky, “He was the only psychologist I had anything to learn from.”

But you're too fucking smart for fiction.

All of ‘em are written by Neville Goddard
Already proved it to myself time after time, then why would I stop?Run away from that cult asap. It won't change anything in your life, you will be just fucking idiot thinking he is smart just like religions work.

Phenomenal writing, genuinely surprised one person wrote this because it's S-tier
I keep getting Neville recommended to me ill listen to one of his lectures tbhConsciousness shifting / How belief in the unseen reality hardens it into fact slowly but surely. Neville is well known and has a large community among his teachings, he was a great writer and seemed to have an insane life experience/testimony. One of his biggest success is the company he imagined with his brother on Barbados, which has crossed the 1B$ revenue barrier last year.
