how many steaks do you guys have a day

bruh yall ever tried banana + meat it mogs istg if u take a bite of one and the other

we lwk just the same, when i cut to go to surfcamp i at 170g of protein 1700 calories, i fucking died, prob missed out on so much growth i regret it a lot
i focus more on total calories of the week ngl so i have low and highs. helps alot. try that maybe. basically on days where i can eat as less as i can. i try to do that. like if i start the day late ill push back a meal to only have one a day. i js focus on protein then have like 3k+ calories days. helped alot with getting leaner especially cus without any reta its hell

matter of fact i have two oranges on my desk right this moment
i always press out the juice, and mix it with the coco water, you gotta try it theres nothing more refreshing

dude the good coconut water that doesnt taste like watered down pussy juice would be like 15 dollars daily if i wanted it to replace water or milk so that kinda bums me out
i just buy a liter after or before the gym as the store is close on the way to the gym

i prefer eating the fruit then the juice ngl

real shit i've lost sm weight mostly fat but ofc i've lost about 10-20 kilos in some major compound lifts WHICH SUCK but who are those numbers gonna impress jfl im js focusing on what rly matters rather then numbers rn

yeah but lowk ive lost the drive of really going hard in the gym + my diet
im js focusing on getting under 10% and maintaining my %

i used to be in the gym early in the fucking morning with my frnd and i didnt eat on my diet for about 10~ months im talkin not even a single calorie was from junk food
but now that im on accutane and other shit for having clear skin and being lean i dont really need to be as hard on myself

Reminds me of trying to finish off the beef patties I made from mince meat, for the last three I just made a single burger with them, each a large size on their own given their own cheese slice and I put bacon and an egg in there I had to tactically eat it and couldn’t take regular bites.
