I feel like a lot of people here talk about ways to improve, but a lot of it stops there. Genuinely go down this checklist and think, am I actually doing this on a CONSISTENT daily basis:
-Great head posture (if I randomly saw you would you actually have good posture?)
-Great face routine (includes sunscreen, retinol, toner, cleanser, serum)
-Great haircut complementing your face shape
-Well groomed facial hair
-Groomed eyebrows, may include coloring
-Mewing (debatable)
-Mouth taping at night (prevent heavy mouth breathing)
-Decent exercise regiment
-Drinking water to not look bloated
