How Many Things Are You Actually Doing to Improve/Maintain Your Appearance

I feel like a lot of people here talk about ways to improve, but a lot of it stops there. Genuinely go down this checklist and think, am I actually doing this on a CONSISTENT daily basis:

-Great head posture (if I randomly saw you would you actually have good posture?)
-Great face routine (includes sunscreen, retinol, toner, cleanser, serum)
-Great haircut complementing your face shape
-Well groomed facial hair
-Groomed eyebrows, may include coloring
-Mewing (debatable)
-Mouth taping at night (prevent heavy mouth breathing)
-Decent exercise regiment
-Drinking water to not look bloated

How many are you actually consistently doing?

I don't do any of this.

I mew but always have naturally. Still a recessed dog.

I also can't grow a beard. I don't need to wear sunscreen because I haven't left my house in 5 months. There's no exercise regimen for my frame:

This is unironically something a solid portion of “normies” do.

(Except mouth taping… because they dont naturally mouthbreathe)

I have been doing this whole list since I was maybe 12?
Not most normies men. Most men don't do eyebrows, have a face routine, good haircut, great facial regiment, have good posture, mew, or mouth tape. A decent amount of men workout and drink water though.

No, my eyebrows are dogshit and my skin is full of wrinkles and folds.

And I am also making friends at school and being more human

Every single sex-having normie does all those things.
Not really. I do, but even most guys I know don't even do half. The percentage of guys with an actually good facial regiment is low. No guys mew or mouthtape either. I'd estimate the percentage of men that do at least 3/4 of that stuff is 5-10%.

Also, you're supplementing vitamin D, right? Since you don't get much sunlight that's definitely bad if you aren't.

I remember thinking I was better than everyone in my elementary school class because they all breathed through their mouths and I was superior because I kept my mouth closed like my mom told me to. Fast forward a decade and I'm getting shoved in lockers by them because of my underbite while they're kissing their girlfriends in the hallways with their forward grown maxillas.

Correct, your cap is genetic but doing those things makes sure you actually reach your potential. That is, someone's potential could be great but have it ruined by having terrible posture and mouth breathing every night. It won't improve your potential but it'll save you from deviating below it.

You sound super sure that it's the nasal breathing that failed you and not something else... Did it take a long time to rule out the most plausible alternative causes?
