How many times a month should I microneedle?

I don’t know if I do it then I wait a week then do it again or wait 5 days then do it again. Also when can I apply tretinoin after needling

I do closer to weekly or even bi-weekly to let the collagen rebuild. I just don't do tret on my microneedling days but if ur doing tret daily prob apply first
