How many times should i wash my hair a week

I have between 2B-3a hair and i haven’t found a routine that works well.

Lately my hair has been feeling dry and frizzy, just unenjoyable & know its not my products i use no sulfate products and wash

has anyone with semi curly hair found a good routine between shampoo conditioning and just plain rinsing etc

I always was under the impression washing your hair everyday wasn't good for you but ill consider
