I’ve been taking roughly 400mg of caffeine before every workout for about a month now because it’s like 5 times cheaper than pre with the source I have and pre is mostly caffeine anyway, haven’t taken it before that often, the first couple days it was helping a little but now it just doesn’t really seem to do very much at all. I’m 88 kg 190 cm, how much can I step up my dose safely?
