Just track your calories and protein intake, You don't need to waterfast also you need to start doing running and jogging for your back fat and hit the gym more your body can be more lean with these two things

@badg96 Don’t water fast.

- Track calories and protein, 300-500 caloric deficit.
- Track steps too, 10,000 a day minimum.
- Start working out.
- Don’t do any dedicated cardio yet, consistently stick to the above points first then add cardio later if necessary.

This is the best advice you’ll ever get.
