Hi, I am 17 and I've had a grade 2 varicocele for 3 years, it causes no pain or heaviness, I have no testicular asymmetry.

I did bloodwork recently and found I have about 385 ng/dl of T, I suppose my natural levels are around 420 ng/dl because I did the blood extraction at 8 AM when I was very tired and anti-horny, because I hadn't slept yet by then because my usual bed time is 9 AM

So far, my carniofacial development is fine, my mandible and maxilla are better than 60% of my classmates (who aren't mouth breathers if you're gonna ask). And my height is average.

However, my brow is not very prominent and I have a small body frame, wrist circumference of about 16 cms, so far idk if it's because of genetics or delayed puberty (idk if I have delayed puberty or not), I have normal body hair and only a 7th grader dirt mustache and a few hairs on my chin in terms of facial hair. I also have low muscle mass but my BMI is 18.

I wanna know if repairing my varicocele can help me out with these issues or if it's just genetics/prenatal T.

Eat more fix sleep etc etc.

I don't know if these issues are related (maybe only slow puberty) to variocele but if it hinders T fix it ASAP.

i have one too on my testicle, it looks like cancer but I'm pretty sure it's genetic
