depends a lot on your genetics and your general body composition, btw my advice dont take roids yet, only once your growth plates close should you probably be taking roids, as it could stunt your growth or just fuck up your development in general, take creatine monohydrate and considering that you're 14 and 6'1 probably aim for 4-5k calories a day, 1.6-2.2 g of protein per kg of bodyweight, include protein powder in your diet and try to have a generally good and healthy diet, sleep 8-10 hours, this all sounds like typical fitness shit but thats because it actually works. The best thing is to not have a deficiency in any supplements (magnesium, zinc, vitamin c, etc.) as that'll fuck up your general health (general means growth, development etc included). Try and aim for 1 protein shake a day (something with around 20-30g of protein per scoop), eat lots of meat, dairy, fruits, dont forget your veggietables, and in around probably 6 months or so you'll already see general improvements in strength, maybe some good improvements in your physique depending on your genetics, and you'll also genuinely just be healthier, and happier. Healthmaxxing is the road to ascension. Though if you REALLY do want to go extreme and roid out, just wait until your growth plates fuse. Also, you probably wont be able to obtain any peptides, and thats probably for the better, as its a 50/50 chance you ascend or just get shitty side effects without a single benefit.

Write TDEE Calculator on Google and input your information like your Height,Weight,Age once you are done with that it should give you your maintenance calories, eat MINIMUM 500+ calories over that so you can build muscle
thats my advice pick up the fork brotato

Everyday you should be getting 1 gram of protein for every 1 lb of bodyweight (or about 2.2g per if your doing kg).

Then like Ivory mentioned, use the TDEE calculator to find your caloric maintnance.

The higher above maintnance you go, the more muscle you will gain, but the more body fat you'll also gain, if your surplus is to severe your gonna bloat and get stretch marks so dont be impatient. Gaining muscle (naturally, without permanently runing your T thru roids) is a process and will require patience.

Theres a good chance those "gains" you made was just your mind and muscle connection improving, not actual muscle increase. In reality, you should be doing less reps and heavier weights, along with longer rests.
