Look obviously the eye area is more important, in terms of hooding, canthal tilt, PFL, symmetry, having thick eyebrows and long eyelashes, but I think going from brown eyes to green or blue eyes could easily be a gain of 0.5-1 PSL points, for real, and its an extra bonus if you have jet black hair as it creates a nice colour contrast effect.

Fuarrk you gained a full PSL point, if stroma is confirmed to be safe you have to get it man, itll be 5-6k and having green or blue eyes (depending on what your underlying colour is) would ascend you hard.
