how much kg could i lose in 3 months

I'm starting at 99 kilos and i do mma, i'am fat but i also have a little bit of muscle how could i do it?

thx do you have any tips to lose some of weight?
obviously there are ways that make it much and much faster, like starving, which affects ur growth, so we don’t want that, u can only start starving to lose weight pretty much after puberty is done, so in ur case u need to count how much u eat daily, find out how much calories u eat, ideally in ur case to lose weight, it shouldn’t be over 1.75k, u tryna go less but have enough food for ur body to stay stable. Obviously gym, cardio does miracles, try to watch movie while running on the treadmill, u probably can’t play sports but sports are very good, especially football and American football, both contain decent running

is doing a combat sport a good source of cardio?

It will definitely help, but not much, for example your training ur legs, arms, but ur never really running, obviously there is calorie loss here and there, but it’s definitely 100% better than staying and doing nothing

there’s obviously different peptides that help, I don’t recommend at ur age, but always nice to do ur own research and maybe see if theres a safe and suitable one for u

yes i did do my research on peptides but only a buch of companies send pep here in europe and they are overpriced as shit
