its 24 mg jfl
combined with 50 mg of astaxanthin
but it takes a couple months which is too expensive and hard to maintain
use tanning drops

this is far more deserving of a solution than the dumbass above

im using beta carotene currently at 20mgs a day, thought to add lycopene too to get more of that golden glow

do u think just carotene+lycopene would be any good or is astaxsnthin required?
