Currently got braces Im gonna put on elastics in a few months and imma start losing weight. also I grew up with breathing issues, had a few surgeries inside my nose for my airways (dont know what there called i got them as a child) but I wanna improve my side profile and breathing

not sure, im not learning anything about details of the orthognathic surgery, but u definitly need, ccw and genio,

Seen worse cases. good to hear ur already in pre ortho phase. Main thing to talk about with your surgeon is the rotation part. Try to get as much ccw as possible. Not bimax movements related but gonial implant would do wonders aswell for your lower third

Why ccw ? Gonial angle is about 115 which is ideal
