Currently got braces Im gonna put on elastics in a few months and imma start losing weight. also I grew up with breathing issues, had a few surgeries inside my nose for my airways (dont know what there called i got them as a child) but I wanna improve my side profile and breathing

Seen worse cases. good to hear ur already in pre ortho phase. Main thing to talk about with your surgeon is the rotation part. Try to get as much ccw as possible. Not bimax movements related but gonial implant would do wonders aswell for your lower third

Ccw never makes gonial angle lower,not in the real sense atleast. Because you simple dont touch the back part of the mandible. But he needs to posteriorly down graft, but considering he has openbite there he will not get any ccw so its probaby mostly genio and slight forward advancements in the bsso and leforte that will make a diff aesthetically

im still considering i didnt go to a surgeon yet, a doctor asked me if i want a septoplasty doe not sure if imma get it
