micro-needling to improve the texture, basic skincare you should be doing to begin with.

if that doesn't work there's medical procedures for it but they're expensive.

Temporary looksmin, it'll get better. If it's really severe cystic acne, consider accutane before scarring gets too bad. You can always fix scars too with subscicion, laser, rf micro needling, etc but requires few thousand $
