At least 100 grams, ideally around 200 grams per day if you're building muscle.

It depends, on various factors. But regardless, much less than you think(assuming you are natty). Most people will say at least 1 gram/pound of bodyweight, but you may be fine with as little as 0.64 grams/pound of bodyweight. You can read more here. The article isn't long.

tl;dr: 0.64-0.82 grams/pound of bodyweight. Less the more of a beginner you are.

why do you care about protein chad?
i thought gymcelling was a waste of time and being a thin ectomorphic twink was ideal for slaying :hnghn::hnghn::hnghn:
