I try to get 100g everyday, but i also leanmaxx so its pretty difficult

1.6 g per lb of bodyweight is the sweet spot. It will give you highest return on growth per calorie but growth can be achieved on as less as 0.6 g per lb of bodyweight maybe even lower

U are height maxxing so u probably need the most amount u can get right?
 
why tho wont bulking provide you the bust results?

If OP wants to know further, its like...

You can get away with 0.6 while bulking.

You will need close to 1.6 while cutting to retain muscle mass.

how do you get this much? I wanna eat around that many and can only get like 100 at most smh
i eat this


mostly, i changed it a bit (6 eggs now, more rice and some other shit) but it’s still pretty accurate

i could honestly eat more if i wanted but i’m tryna have ideal micros and other stuff too

you basically just have to eat a fuck ton of protein stuff and it will just add up pretty quick
