I had the same question dude and I've seen two short people with hollow cheeks and one said 45 kg and 2nd one said 51 kg .

bro just keep a good diet between pottasium and sodium that’s all you have to do and try and take potassium supplements that will help out a lot to while your still 140

look at it this way: you’re 5’9 so you’re not going to get laid either way. Just ride out the bloat and keep good nutrition until all of your growth plates close and then once you’re taller worry about debloating.
