I think it is soluble in oil, use sesame oil since it is the most stable.

Either buy a good mg scale or weigh out for example 2,5 grams and dissolve it in 50ml of a solvent that can be taken orally. You will have a 50mg/ml 50ml solution of anavar. I think ethanol might be a better solvent than oil
