How much weight do I gotta lose to see changes in my face?

I went from 90kg to about 83kg but almost no change to my face, matter of fact I look fatter sometimes

83kg measured last night

Need some advice, I've been eating pretty much prison food, only frozen stuff, some times I ate 2 times a day sometimes only 1 time, I did drink a lot of goyslop but I also drink Hella water,

I would say 4-8kg even tho youre already seeing results

Yeah, all I did was grow out my hair and cover my forehead which makes me look fatter in general, but almost no change
