what about oesteoporosis is that not a problem it also destroys your skin
personally ive seen skin improvements since vaping (obviously not FROM vaping, but it hasnt affected my progress is what i mean). to each their own though. the original post was meant to highlight possible benefits, not say it is 100% great and perfect. good input

maybe don't vape before sleep. nicotine can disrupt sleep quality if done within an hour before resting. i usually stop an hour or at least 45 minutes before sleeping.

In this post I will be going over how nicotine as a substance affects your looks and potentially helps you look better. We will go over multiple reasonings for why it is beneficial, both physically and even socially. We will also go over certain methods of how to consume/do nicotine (EX: vaping), and some negatives and how to counteract them if possible. The reason for this post is because I have both a personal anecdote with how vaping helps your looks and also I have researched this subject a bit to help both myself and now others understand its benefits. One year ago,
I was a bit over 200lbs. I had always had a large appetite and even though I wrestled varsity for my school for hours everyday, did training in a gym, and ran miles every day, I couldn't lose weight. Then I looked at my friends who vaped, and realized through old pictures of them that they had all lost weight since starting. I then took it upon myself to do some research and started vaping myself after coming to the conclusion it was beneficial. Now, I am around 155lbs and I have done much less exercise then when I was heavier (while still keeping most of my muscle).

Positive Affects of Nicotine

1.) Nicotine Boosts Metabolism

Nicotine is a stimulant substance, which means it causes a boost of metabolism in the body. The percent of metabolic boost in the body is estimated to be around 7-15%. This is a very large boost in baseline metabolism. The fact that it boosts metabolism is why most smokers and nicotine users are underweight, and when they get off nicotine, start to gain back weight at a fast rate. This by itself is a great reason why nicotine can help people lean out, but this is far from the only benefit.

When Nicotine enters the body, it has been shown to reduce the appetite in the consumer. This can help give you a better social standing with those who also vape or consume nicotine and give you a common ground to build better relationships off of, or at least make simple conversation. It simply gives you higher rapport with those who also consume nicotine.

That isn't the main reason why it helps socially however. Nicotine is known to boost dopamine and norepinephrine. This means that when vaping, consumers are more likely to be much happier, alert, focused, more willing to engage socially, can temporarily blunt anxiety due to dopamine (which itself can help improve eye contact, a steadier demeanor/personality, and less awkward movements), have quicker responses in conversations, less zoning out, and more smaller effects tied to the ones listed. maybe don't vape before sleep. nicotine can disrupt sleep quality if done within an hour before resting. i usually stop an hour or at least 45 minutes before sleeping.

50/50 cope/true post. appetite suppression is true, but metabolic boost is too over exxagerrated in this post. the boost is nowhere near 15%, 3-6% is what it might actually give. the diuretic effect is the biggest cope, due to how small and insignifficant it is to even consider it as a debloating tool.
reason being for why you lost weight is highly likely because of doing less-more. running miles-biggest cope in history when it comes to cardio. things like apetite suppression and metabolic boost could have helped you too as well, not sure how you did it though.
overall, great post, but some things might just be too exagerrated or simply not apply to most people.

I just took basic research percentages, and that is what it told me. Metabolism boost wasn't really the main thing about the post. Looking forward to your post btw.
