I go every set normally, but no one seems to do that and everyone’s saying different stuff.
 
stop complicating it
just go to failure every set or every 2 sets
Lifting weights is just picking up a heavy thing and lifting it

there is no substantial data nor research that proves going or not reaching failure has any sort of extra effect

If I got some left in the tank my muscles won’t tear.

what muscle are u targetting
how much are u waiting for between sets

these things u gotta know before rep ranges
