I have a feeling I won’t ascend that hard from it tho, I a 0.5-1PSL increase overshooting.

That's great,you should def get it just for the health benefits alone+ a 0.5-1PSL is not a small difference at all, that's a whole tier(from MTN to HTN for example). Ofc there's a chance of getting botched or maybe the results will be underwhelming, but it's better than doing nothing to improve the most important part of your face.

Yeah I understand this part, 6 months post Bimax and Genio, I’m getting jaw implants, following that a range of eye surgeries

Then you need to have good eyes, midface and browridge , forward grown Neurocranium too.
