My teeth are so fucked i have an overbite and my mom keeps sayin they dont matter and are too expensive i have insurance tho so should i hit up my ortho and see the price?

Insurance won’t pay Anything just tell ur mum u wanna book a consultation they are normally free or if ur r willing to cover it sometimes it’s like 100$ the ortho will then be able to explain why it’s best u get it etc which could help
Otherwise I’d just explain how orthodontic work can help u etc and how it’s best utilised when young

if you do get braces get damon braces because normal braces recess your face

most insurance company’s see braces as cosmetic something like Marpe gets coverage bc it affects health breathing etc
