how tf do i convince my ortho

1. i went to a dentist to talk about my palate
   (i have the worst sleep apnea i wake up in the middle of the fucking night thinking the grim reaper is going to take my soul and then i gasp for air)
   
   
2. the 1st one said my tounge was too big and she said i dont need any appliances and that my recession is "optimal"
   
   
3. i immediately called it bullshit
   
   
4. asked for a 2nd dentist i said my jaw hurt on purpose for a direct meeting
   
   
5. he didnt even do a ent scan he only inspected my teeth and said i dont need expansion
   
   
6. no even a airway/ent scan or nothing he blamed it on my tonsils and to look for them to get removed
   
   (my tonsils are completly fucking fine i get sick rarely 2 times a year and im not willing to waste that shit)
   
   
7. and now im expecting a orthodontist soon
   
   how tf am i going to convince them that i need a palate expander theres like so many signs my airway is cooked
