How Tf do you bleach skin?

Everyone keeps saying bleach skin to light en skin. When I search it up people say it's good for the skin(various side effects). I went to the medical shop and wasn't even able to find a bleaching kit or product after searching for 30 mins. So if skin bleaching is very useful or effective why isn't there any threads made about it?
If any guys who is good with this please enlighten me with your knowledge

There have been several fucking threads on this. There is even an autistic curry who bleached himself and wrapping his stomach to hide his obesity

There isn't no bleach maxxing guide there. Hydroquinone has more disadvantages than advantages, it's also been banned in Many countries due to its harmful side effects. I will try to use kojic acid soap to see if it works. I still haven't found a good bleaching thibg
