CANT STOP EATING!!!! I'm 16 so of course I have a big appetite but I am tired of being 190 lbs at 5'11-6'0. My dad makes fucking cookies and my mom buys soda and junk food. It's hard to resist, I am an impulsive person. Maybe I should drink more water. :soy:

I am same age, about same BMI tbh. I have been constantly losing fat (extremely fast) by taking amphetamine, and smoking nic whole day tbh.

get the most height you can out of puberty I know some wrestlers in highschool who cut weight for competitions and they all became manlets

Replace regular soda with diet soda, ideally water, calculate your TDEE and try staying slightly below it, eat fewer meals, stop snacking/replace snacks with chewing gum, practice discipline

That was prob one of the biggest reasons why I got so obese aswell. If you really feel like you can't reject the food, try and do intense workouts in your room at the very least. Maybe try and do burpees until you can get to 100 burpees a day, you can do burpees in small spaces, and it's not bad for weight loss, even with high calorie diets.

Here's what you do. Only drink one kind of soda, and whenever you drink it only do so in a glass over ice. Make it a once a day thing and then cut down. Drink as much juice and sh*t as you want though. Juice, Gatorade, Milk, etc. If you eat cookies eat as many as you want, but never more than once a day.

Also, get off your fat ass and exercise. Do pushups, sit ups, squats, and jump rope. Jump rope every day, but as for the other exercises do only one of them on any given day. You can also search for youtube videos on shadow boxing. Do about 10,000 reps of each basic maneuver. Your body will look the right kind of masculine, (cut) to be the most attractive to the widest array of females, and you'll be a lot more dangerous with your hands than you are now.

After you get your body in the right shape, and you're maintaining it, it won't matter If you weigh 190 at 5ft 11.

ask your parents to stop getting this kind of food (be persistent) or ask for something else (helathier )instead if they wont stop buying it. and you wont stop eating it. also avoid the kitchen and try to do other things you enjoy you will have less desire to eat if you having fun on some other task for example i had way less eating desire when i had video games

Then how is what I said terrible advice. I told him to do pushups, sit ups, squats, shadow boxing and jumping rope. That's all functionality right there. If you only eat healthy food and fast every day you won't have to know the calories. In a 4 hour window eat as much healthy food as you can, then you can drink sugar free tea or coffee if you feel hungry out the 4 hour window. Vaping or smoking weed helps take away the hunger too.

Weight management isn't about how many pushups or squats you can do. It's entirely about calories.

Getting fit to get laid? Admired by dudes? I'm not sure what you mean by "functionality". For me, physical fitness/health is about wellbeing, feeling comfortable in your own skin. What's validation from others worth if you don't feel comfortable in your own body? I'd kill to be healthy again, to be able to take a proper breath.
