you will only see battery ethnics, balding straw hats, manlets there. just phenos you can find in pure gym at 10am-2pm

I don’t live in the gym tbh. Last time I went to the gym on a daily basis was in high school with my friends everyday after school.

Expensive gym I went to (good life fitness) was full of young chadlites and hot chicks , but when I went to a cheap gym (planet fitness) it was full of ethnics and old men

at least try to focus on getting lean so use it as a tool

but honestly aside from consistency, intent, focus and motivation are most important things to get results in gym, otherwise it is just pointless

Its literally 8 minutes of walking from my house, and i enjoy lifting it makes me feel good lifts my mood up and i feel hungry af so i eat alot and i feel good doing it, and its like 40 minutes, jfl how on earth is that alot or anything? On top of this im a medical student and still have plenty of time to study

I was partying every weekend and completely shit on my diet and had fitness model tier physique. It all comes Down to how good your genetics are.

but yeah once a month is probably the limit for someone with normal genetics

I only go to become stronger (powerlifting-cel). I don't even like going to the gym and I can't remember the last time I derived enjoyment from being there.

The good news is that I have 0 expectations considering FACE is 80% of the equation.
