lol this is actually hilarious bc being truly muscular and lean is very rare even among young people. most nt college dudes I see irl or ig who slay have laughable bodies by gymcel standards

I was partying every weekend and completely shit on my diet and had fitness model tier physique. It all comes Down to how good your genetics are.

but yeah once a month is probably the limit for someone with normal genetics

I only go to become stronger (powerlifting-cel). I don't even like going to the gym and I can't remember the last time I derived enjoyment from being there.

The good news is that I have 0 expectations considering FACE is 80% of the equation.
for me i need to go for leanness and definition

Same i go to the gym from the giga dopamine of seeing me gain strength, even when i was a giga meth addict skinny acne scar ridden dog i was still having an easy time with girls because FACE and being LEAN, but doing compounds is lifefuel

how much do you sacrifice on drinking and eating what you want?

the thing is i have a good genetics for building muscle but i also put on fat giga easy
i dont really sacrifice anything in regards to diet, im not really on any diet i eat how i want, not a bunch of shit ofc like a mix of healthy and unhealthy, i'd have to go on a deficit though if i wanted to get shredded, i'm at about 13% bodyfat and dont put on fat that easily.

i enjoy going out to "drink" but not the drinking part itself as it just genuinely makes me feel more shit than being on tren itself

Do full body workout 2-3 times a week. I try got as least as possible ngl
Go out once a week just limit to 4-5 drinks and only drink spirits
