Dude idk if this is larp, I feel at 77 lbs at 5ft6 you should be dead, or at least very close to it, i mean your brain literal does not have enough nutrients to function properly, but ill make a high iq reply, I was like you too, 130lbs at 6ft4, bro I was so sick all the time and never eating, I would throw up after every meal and feel fucking depressed because I looked like a holocaust survivor. I felt like I never would get better. Then I went to psychiatrist, they gave me a drug called mirtazapine, which is an antidepressant that is notorious for making you gain weight. You will get hungry a lot more and gain weight. Anyway, I ended up gaining 45 lbs on this drug and now look a bit more normal, although still skinny. So ask your doctor to try mirtazapine, I am almost certain in your situation they would prescribe it. There aren't a lot of side effects except for being super tired right after taking it, so take it when you go to sleep at night so you wake up not tired. But this drug is kinda weird in that the higher the dose, the less appetite effect it has, so you want to use the lowest dose 7.5mg for highest appetite boost

yeah true but you dont understand how many of them there were 2 years ago. no joke there were colonies of spiders in all the corners and it was horrid and filthy they reproduced and made so many and the shed is kinda uselss so they all were stuck inside idek how they survived

oh yeah i meant storeing lyophilised in the freezer still dont know where im going to put reconstituted also my parents know about peptides i hinted at it and they outright said no

It's more expensive since you are buying in multiple vials low dose instead of buying in batch less vials high dose.

Storing lyophilized in the freezer will be useless if you don't have anywhere to put reconstituted. Don't you have a fridge?

Also roids avoid this problem entirely and you can gain more mass, you would mainly want to take HGH if you're short for your age

im not that short anymore im between 5" 6 - 8 but i used to be 3/4 size of people my age

It depends. I bought vials of 10 iu per vial. I take 10 iu per day so I use 1 vial per day. The usual dose is 6-10 iu so mine is sort of on the high end.

For example, I could have bought vials of 100 iu per vial. Then each vial would last me 10 days. It would be cheaper because I would be buying in bulk but the 100iu option was sold out.

You could maybe try MK, tbh it's kind of cope. but if you're 15 and take it for say 3 whole years it might do something. Less expensive than GH too.

It's going to let you know your maintenance calories, and then there are tabs at the bottom for bulking or cutting for what macros you should aim for.

Put in how many calories you want and how many meals, or you could create your own, but it can be good just for ideas.

You should be tracking everything because if you were eating enough, you would be gaining weight. It's the same thing with people who are overweight but say they don't eat anything and can't lose weight. If you were in a calorie deficit, you would be losing weight.

I couldn't gain weight in high school and thought I was eating a lot. I started to track more and went from 130 - 155 over the next couple of months.

Also, this is more brutal, but it's also cheap. You could do Gallon of Milk a Day (GOMAD).

GOMAD (Gallon Of Milk A Day) is a high-calorie "bulking" strategy designed for skinny, underweight individuals to gain weight quickly by drinking a gallon of whole milk daily. It adds ~2,400 calories, ~120g of protein, and ~120g of fat, popular for rapid muscle gain (15–25 lbs) in weeks, but carries risks of excessive fat gain, digestive issues, and high saturated fat.

Give your body time to adjust to it. It should be slow and steady progress unless you don't care about getting fat or potential health issues. That's up to you.

I would say aim for 0.5lb or 1lb a week is pretty good for weight gain.
