if serious about it and it is your priority
2.5-3years if you have the genetics for it and don't start from giga obese or 15 ffmi
can be faster with roids but 1.5yrs mini imo
doesn't look very massive but he is very lean

im like 20-22 ffmi and 17-18% bodyfat on a deficit rn

if you're 22ffmi just cutting will get you there
if you're 20ffmi you will lack mass

between 20 and 22ffmi for a 5'11 guy at 18%bf that's around 5 or 6kg or lean muscle mass difference
