I have a spray pump bottle. Do 4 pumps into my palm, and then dip my finger into it. start smearing local regions with every dip, like left side fore head, right side forehead, left cheek, right cheek, chin, nose, etc, etc. Till whole face is covered, idk how could you have problems... You can't overdose it anyway.
