That's because surgeons who usually encounter dehiscence and not as usual as Pagnoni does lie in the design itself, muscles are also a factor, but if you compare the so called celebrity surgeon on this forum with a local surgeon who used a random designing company, you'll see a big difference in the design.

From the pics he's likely using filler on at least the left gonial angle(therefor probably the whole jaw line), as you can see the drop to be more in like with his other side is fairly dramatic. I don't think this is an implant though they would have fixed the other crap.

for real? sometimes you can have good surprise with old surgeons tho usually they do listen better to your plans even if it's risky my revision rhino with an oldcell surgeon who had litteraly no secretary in his office and who died a few years after but guy gave me a suprisingly good resut . guy was so old his father actually practiced reconstructive rhino technique on ww1 patient

i been consulting with a ton of french maxfac and looked a every possible result online and yeah basically from the profile view bimax is goated af but from a front view when you midface is long you end up with an overly long lower third and sometimes even longer philtrum despite ccw so from my point of view bimax is a meme coming from this forum . only good result i seen you seen aswell i think from the brazilian surgeon with some weird movement and apparently frauded

if you find any good results with a midface that actually look shorter after a bimax let me know tbh . OR if giant got some revolutionnary technique why not
