I have been going to the gym for about 6 months now and I have never trained my upper traps through isolation workouts like shrugs etc as I don't want my v shape to be overwhelmed by big traps (I have a long neck). But my traps are still growing, idk why. What exercises should I avoid to stop working the traps ?
