How to be loved while being nd

i dont even think its just my looks or height i see people who are shorter and uglier than me still be loved way more than me, no matter how much i do for others it seems its never reciprocated and i just feel so lonely what do nt people do i dont know what to do. I cant just ascend my way out because of my terrible bone structure and im 16 so i cant get much taller if i can even get taller bc of growth plates n shit. So if any of y'all know what nt people do to be loved while doing jackshit for others lmk (i have adhd, bpd, ocd, gad and defo more, just undiagnosed)

I see nt people who are uglier and shorter just be loved by people way more than me I know height and looks is most but I know I am doing something wrong with my communication too
