For the FP 3 people your pretty much already white and will only need minimal effort to get pale.

If your on the lighter side of FP 3 all you will need is Vitamin C Which is a very minor Tyrosinase Inhibitor.

If your in the middle, 1 month max of Kojic acid would work.

If your on the darker side, 3 months of Kojic acid should do the trick

2. Fitzpatrick 4.

For the FP 4 people, you look shitskin and need to put in effort to get pale.

If your on the lighter side of 4, Kojic acid for 3 months or Arbutin for 1 month or Hydroquinone 2% for 6 weeks or Hydroquinone 4% for 4 weeks.

If your in the middle, Kojic acid for 6 months or Arbutin for 2 months or Hydroquinone 2% for 3 months or Hydroquinone 4% for 8 weeks.

If your on the darker side, Kojic acid for 6 months or Arbutin (same amount of time) or Hydroquinone 2% (SAOT) or Hydroquinone 4% for (SAOT).

Now in this scenario you can combine some of these bleaching agents for a faster results. For example.

1.Kojic acid with Arbutin (personal fav)

Darker side Your only left with Hydroquinone 4% and Glutathione for even longe timer

no point in running just one thing, combo both glutathione and hydroquinone arounr 1500-3000mg EW with vit c 2000mg. If you want i can make a thread about glutathione since ive been researching it for a couple months. (Dont use too many actives made that mistake and ruined my barrier) also spf everyday every 2 hours

And again Like I mentioned before you can combine a few.

Personally I did (skin bleaching reveal), I did Kojic acid in a very gate kept way that none talks about Wich is leaving the soap on your face for 10+ minutes for 8 months and Arbutin for the last 2 months combined with a Vitamin C serum. I know I've claimed different shit and different time lines in the past but this time I'm being real.

In this level of skit skin and melanin production we will bring out the holy grail of skin bleaching called, Monobenzone.


You will only have 2 options now Wich is monobenzone and Hydroquinone 6%.

You will have to combine the 2. Use monobenzone for 1 year and Hydroquinone 6% 8 weeks on 8 weeks off rinse repeat for a year as well.

Monobenzone takes multiple years (3-5+) and thousands of dollars probably near 10-12k for you to fully depig and also depends on your immune system and i wouldnt recommend blacks doing this since it wont match their phenotype, the best fitzpatrick for blacks is Fitzpatrick 4 or a light 5 where they are seen as lightskin like jeremy meeks for example.

After you achieve Fitzpatrick 2, you will need to use Monobenzone once a week to prevent yourself from melanating again.

But tret is generally good when bleaching for skin turnover thats really it, doesnt lighten and people wont really notice its differences. 200 a month is chill probably close to what i would spend with my source, its just that 200 is 2400 a year and lets say 3 years for a black person thats more than 5 grand yk not too bad over the years but still expensive for some.
