calculate your maintenance calories
eat at maintenance alongside high protein
track your weight so you don’t overeat and get fat ast
and lift weights

basically just maingain
give it 1-2 years and boom you’ll have a decent physique if you’re training hard and correctly

what I mean is if you’re doing 4x12 high rep ranges just kys lol

Cuz I took roids recently and I’m getting bigger and learner and I’ll I do I push and pull and repeat
nigga why wouldnt u wanna do optimal training on roids and gain even more muscle lmao
