eat at maintenance alongside high protein
track your weight so you don’t overeat and get fat ast
and lift weights

basically just maingain
give it 1-2 years and boom you’ll have a decent physique if you’re training hard and correctly

nigga why wouldnt u wanna do optimal training on roids and gain even more muscle lmao
Most important thing is ur diet and roids ur split dosent matter if ur doing low volume high frequency
