-Being 12-15% fat where you have enough fat deposit's of strength

- using higher load to rep ratio when lifting the main 4 compound movement's (Bench press,Deadlift,Squat,Overhead press)
example: 5 rep's for 3 set's of 120kg weight for 60kg bodyweight male: example: (X2 the body weight of the male eg. 60x2=120)

-High protien diet

- High Calcium

-Body conditioning (ice bath's etc.)

- Knuckle conditioning
