how To bulk up and reduce body fat

Can someone give me dietary help. I’m confused with Macros, fats (saturated) , carbs (sugars)

Going to be damn near impossible to gain muscle while losing fat at the same time unless you are completely untrained or on anabolics

It's not that fucking complicated.

Eat more than you usually eat while making sure you get enough proteins. Eventually as you gain bodyfat (which is inevitable), proceed by lowering your daily calory intake again. You can also gain muscle without necessarily bulking, progress will be slower though.

It's also definitely possible to gain muscle in a calory deficit if you're a beginner because of newbie gains, but as you make progress you will eventually stagnate or loose strength.
