How to capitalize off of SSRI fat

I just got put on 2 mg daily of Risperadone and I heard SSRI make u gain a lot of weight. What can I do with this? Like this sounds dumb cus I’m an idiot but like is there anyway to capitalize off of this. Currently 6’4 ~157lb. Also I’m gonna be in a psychiatric facility for next 1-2 weeks so there’s not much stuff I can do and this is the last time I can use my phone.

probably some test along and training. You gain weight because you are prone to eating more not because of magic
