5’9 is average most places. If you feel super short your either a mentalcel who compares his height to everyone else or ur not actually 5’9

Just go on cjc no dac + ipamorelin now and cut out artificial sugars (candy, cake, etc) if you struggle with it then just pair that stack with retatrutide because it will help with cravings. gh increase will help you grow and the earlier you start it the more likely you are to actually get height gains (your growth plates are still open). I say to be wary of sugar because main side effect of that stack is insulin increase which can cause increased risk of diabetes but as long as you are responsible and eat clean you can minimize that.
