I dont really know how to start this thread but the idea here is help these lost newgens that got no idea how to ascend, perhaps being any specific area or just their overall looks, so thats what Ill be trying to help with this thread.

BTW I will not be going in full depth in these bc It would make this thread insufferable.

Ill be enlisting all the things I think you can do to ascend

1. Eye area:

This exact area could be separated in this way

EYEBROWS:
Eyebrows are really important to create a more compact, masculine and strong look/stare.

4901748 1745697743663

So how do we ascend eyebrows, there are 3 main aspects we gotta focus on:

Growing: This aspect is the most important to ascend our eyebrows, what is usually most recommended is growth serums or oils.
So here Ill be enlisting the most know or best functioning I know

BEFORE AND AFTER:

2 month minoxidil for eyebrows before after v0 cr4zls85yt9d1

Pros:
Loss of collagen in the area you are applying.
Stimulates growth: Increases blood flow to the area and activates "dormant" follicles, helping new hairs grow where none existed before.

Works fairly quickly: Many people see results within 4 to 8 weeks .

Affordable: It's easily available and usually not as expensive as other oils or serums.

Can thicken existing hairs: Not only grow new hair, but the fine ones can become more thicker and darker.

Cons:
Irritation or dryness: It's a strong medication. It can cause redness, itching, flaking, or burning of the skin.

Shedding effect (temporary hair loss): At first, it may seem like more hairs are falling out, but this is part of the process (old follicles shed to make way for new ones).

Hypertrichosis: If it spreads beyond the eyebrow, it can cause unwanted hair to grow around the eyebrows (for example, on the eyelids or between the eyebrows).

Results not guaranteed: Not everyone responds the same. If the follicles are completely "dead" or atrophied, there may not be much change.

Requirement for consistency: Use every day and be patient.

Risk of losing hair after stopping: If you stop using it, some growth may recede (but not always all).

BEFORE AND AFTER:

Minoxidil for eyebrows before and after 480x480

The results are almost the same as the topical one
Pros :
More effective for some people: At low doses, it can stimulate hair growth on the head, eyebrows, beard, eyelashes, and the entire body in general.

No local application required: You don't have to apply it to every area every day like topical one

Ideal for people who don't tolerate topical minoxidil: If minoxidil irritates your skin, the oral version may be an alternative.

Visible results in a few months: Like topical minoxidil, results usually begin to be noticed after 4 weeks-8 weeks, but growth can be more diffuse and generalized.

Cons:

Hair growth in unwanted places

Cardiovascular side effects: Minoxidil was originally a blood pressure-lowering medication. It can cause:

Low blood pressure

Tachycardia

It's more "serious" than topical use: Self-medication is not recommended. It requires a prescription in many countries.

Some people have noticed to get bloated from taking it.

BEFORE AND AFTER:
Kk7kr5fueuka1

The results are far less noticeable than minoxidil as you can see
Pros:
Intense Hydration: Nourishes and conditions the hair and skin in the area, preventing dryness

Hair Strengthening.

Natural and Safe: It doesn't have harsh chemicals or serious side effects for most people.

Inexpensive and Easy to Find: You can buy it at any health food store or pharmacy.

Cons:

Limited Results:

It does NOT "create" new follicles if they don't already exist. It only enhances active or weak ones.

If you have completely bald areas, it won't "produce" new hairs like minoxidil can.

Slow results: You must be very consistent (daily) and changes are seen within months (minimum 2-3 months).

May cause allergies in some people: Although rare, it can cause irritation or contact dermatitis.

Heavy and sticky: It has a very dense texture, which is sometimes uncomfortable to apply or wear during the day.

As you can see it does not give the same results as Minoxidil but also there are barely any cons, thats why if u barely need any eyebrow growth without suffering any insane cons this would be a good purchase.

Trimming: This aspect is not as important as growing your eyebrows but can also make a difference on the noticed density and can also fraud your eyebrows tilt or shape
Eyebrows waxing 500x500

How to trim them: You can use a small razor and trim your eyebrow the desired way you want and however you like it.

If not you can trim them with tweezers, taking out hair by hair until you get the desired shape

Frauding:
There are numeral ways to fraud your eyebrows shape and perceived density but Ill just name 2 that Ive personally tried and worked:

1. You can darken them using these pincels for makeup
418q0ngn3nL SL1000 1

applying it over your eyebrow or maybe outside trying to give a more dense look

2. You can dye them with an eyebrow dye, to a darker color.
This can also help a lot people that have blonde or really light colored eyebrows and think its a lack of hair or density when its just the color of them.

EYELASHES:
Really important aspect to fraud your eye area, having dark long eyelashes will make your eye color stand out more, can also help get a better percieved canthal tilt.

So here are the ways to actually ascend your eyelashes

GROWING: As the eyebrows, these are formed by hair so we will need serums or oils to make them grow and Ill just name three that I think may actually work

Amy BnA
WhatsApp Image 2021 02 17 at 182041 1

By far the best product to actually grow eyelashes and thicken them.

Pros:
It works very well: It stimulates the hair growth cycle, causing more hairs to grow, become fuller, and last longer before falling out.

Visible Results: Many people begin to notice changes in 6 to 8 weeks, with maximum results in 3 to 4 months.

Can Fill in Sparse Areas: Unlike oils like castor oil, Latisse can "activate" follicles that were previously dormant.

Cons:

High Cost: Latisse is expensive.

Possible Side Effects:

Darkening of the skin around the application site.

Redness or irritation of the skin.

Permanent color change to the iris (higher risk if used near the eye, although this is unlikely for eyebrows).

It requires a prescription in many countries.

Reversible results: If you stop using it, the extra hair may fall out and return to its original state.

It must be applied very carefully to avoid affecting unwanted areas.

Some people have experienced fat loss using it

You can check this tutorial and go to the minute 4:43 and you will get good advice to apply it correctly

Opera Captura de pantalla 2025 04 26 180209 wwwredditcom
Opera Captura de pantalla 2025 04 26 180216 wwwredditcom

Really good results

Pros:
Stimulates general hair growth

No direct application required

Cons:
Uncontrolled growth: Because it's systemic, you can't direct exactly where the hair will grow. It can cause unwanted extra hair (for example, on the cheeks, forehead, or even under the eyes).

Not specifically designed for eyelashes

Cardiovascular Side Effects:

Low blood pressure

Tachycardia

Initial Shedding: Temporary hair loss may occur before new hair grows back.

Slow Results: Eyelash growth with oral minoxidil can take months and is more unpredictable than hair or beard growth.

Good option too but also has risks, just like latisse. Still most people would prefer this over possible fat loss.

GRANDELASH SERUM:
D NQ NP 881587 CBT73152978039 112023 O

The ordinary lash serum:
1745703108037
(couldnt find a better before and after)

I havent tried any of them but from what I know if you are looking to buy any serums instead of the other two the big battle is inbetween GRANDELASH or The Ordinary.

Both are good but will take longer to get results compared to minox and latisse but will also have no side effects other than the growth of lashes. These are perfectly made for patient people that still lack eyelash growth.

Styling: There are 2 good ways to fraud eye area
0dc951a76ce77c5601b100b78e416e56

1. Curling eyelashes: We can curl them with an eyelash curler and if you dont have one and you have fairly long lashes, water and your own fingers might help to curl them, atleast to make them barely better
2. Mascara: This for men might look gay, so if you care about that just get a transparent one, in the other way if you do not care, just get a waterproof mascara and apply as much as possible before it looks fake or really gay.

EYE COLOR: Theres no much we can do if you havent been born with colored eyes, except for one thing

Colored contacts before and after 800x650 crop center

I feel like if you havent been born with colored eyes and really desire that striking look, getting some colored eye contacts is a really good idea

Pros:
Instant change
Huge variety
Available without prescription

Cons:
Higher risk of infections
Not really comfortable
Medium cost
Short lifespan

Now to finish this section Ill give you guys another famous threads that helped me get the info needed and can also be for help to get more in depth in the section

This is actually basic asf but Ill link other threads that go more in depth soon

Nutrition:
We all know a good diet is good for a good skin and even more if you suffer of hormonal acne, so here Ill give some advice

1. Replace your sugary processed food with fruits: Oranges, kiwi, strawberry, watermelon, ect.
2. Start eating more meat, if I had to give a preference it would be a rare steak, since "harmful bacteria" will be already dead at that point
How to cook the perfect steak square FS

3. Eat more variety of organic food: Eggs, Raw milk, Kefir, avocado, raw cheese, ect
4. Drink a lot of water and hydrate yourself with other liquids like coconut water.
5.Eat on your caloric maintainance and high protein, it will give you enough energy for the day and also be able to synthesis muscle on a slower pace.

Basic asf but will help some of you guys.

Frauding: Very important if you are still not there but in the proccess of getting a good skin

81ytonueJL

The god of skin frauding, bb cream.

Pros:

All in one: Moisturaizer, SPF, Base.
Comfy for daily use.
Aditional moisturizing
Not really noticeable

Cons:
Not always has a good spf
Not the best for all type of skins
Maybe not enough for really bad skin

My opinion is give it a try, u got nothing to lose and its not expensive

Physiquemaxxing:
Some of the most important things to ascend, not just because of the physique but because here Ill talk about the importance of bodyfat % for looks.

To startup being above 12% bodyfat is gonna make you look worse than what you actually look like, so being lean is law to looksmaxx. How do we do this?

Its not neccessary to watch the video, I just ran out of possible pics to link and I needed an example
Leanmaxxing: The only way we can go down on body fat % is being in a caloric deficit, how do we do that? There are multiple ways but the most obvious are
Eating less: Just knowing how much you need to lose weight and eating that amount of calories is good
Doing more exercize/cardio: You can eat the same as before just adding more cardio will help you lose weight
Drugs usage: Some examples of these are DNP or Clenbuterol, what these drugs will do is just make your body function more without the need of you moving to burn more calories.

Gymmaxxing: This part is law to improve your smv by getting a better physique

Just like @androgenic did, gymmaxxing is really good to get a better smv. So what its needed to get a change like this?

Good gym routine: Id personally recommend a routine where u hit every body part twice a week atleast, so if you are going to hit upper and lower body its gonna be atleast 4x a week, then selecting good exercizes for every muscle. I recommend watching videos of Jeff Nippard or TNF to get this part correctly

Then for the diet we will need to be in a caloric surplus and eating a lot of protein, 1x-2,5x your bodyweight in kg of protein.
To know what your caloric maintainance we will help us with this formula:
  • Men: BMR = (10 x weight in kg) + (6.25 x height in cm) - (5 x age in years) + 5.

Then the result we will multiply it depending our case

    Sedentary (little or no exercise): calories = BMR × 1.2 ; Lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week): calories = BMR × 1.375 ; Moderately active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week): calories = BMR × 1.55 ; Very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week):

Neckmaxxing: Having a big, wide neck is law to be perceived as a bigger men, heres a simple routine with no need of weights for you guys:

And last but not least, SLEEP.

Sleeping is crucial for muscle growth, height growth, bone development, mental focus and development, ect. Having 6hs at minimum to 12hs at maximum of sleep is law to get maximize yourself in every possible aspect.

BTW Im aware the example I gave in gymmaxing wasnt natty but Ill not be recommending any PHDs to get a better physique since it can damage your health. If you are still curious about that there must be some good threads in BOTB about roids.

Hairmaxxing:
This part is incredibly important to have a better appeal, you can have a pretty good face but if your hair is a mess it will deffenitevely make u look worse. So what can we do about this?

A lot of people have trouble with hairlines since norwood is very common in male after going through puberty, so the things we can do are
Finasteride/Dustateride: Both are drugs that will make your hair stop from falling.

Pros:
As we know is very effective to prevent hair loss
Can also Improve hair growth
Both are very good but the one that will help the most is Dutasteride but Finasteride will have less side effects, like the one Im about to name

Cons:
Sexual side effects: Lower libido, weaker erections, reduced eyaculation, temporary infertility.
Hormonal risks
Not as effective to everyone
Expensive

Another thing we can do is use minoxidil to get a better hairline, being the topical or the oral way.

Then going to another part of hairmaxxing we will be talking about Hairstyles

Most people will benefit from having a longer hair, doesnt matter how u style it. What I recommend is that if you have good bonemass and a small forehead, getting a slickback will look good, just like our fellow @Clouds006

Then if you have a big forehead, obviously hiding it will be a good option to fraud
3789200 3223664 FCD148CA A30A 4DFF B5CD F8695DD3E0A4
D96ddb36051c89d9978df153d4678c87

Just like @nordsmog used to do. Obviously that wasnt all that he did but that was one of the good ways he frauded.

So thats most of it.
The idea of the thread is that if you dont have any ascension plan you can get some ideas out of here and apply them to ascend as much as possible.
Im aware I might have "forgot" some topics but they are prolly considered cope by me or not as important to keep writing this shit lol. Thanks for reading

View attachment 3682750View attachment 3682751
Just like @nordsmog used to do. Obviously that wasnt all that he did but that was one of the good ways he frauded.

So thats most of it.
The idea of the thread is that if you dont have any ascension plan you can get some ideas out of here and apply them to ascend as much as possible.

View attachment 3682801

[/ATTACH]

View attachment 3682144
applying it over your eyebrow or maybe outside trying to give a more dense look

View attachment 3682166View attachment 3682167

GRANDELASH SERUM: View attachment 3682282

The ordinary lash serum: View attachment 3682286(couldnt find a better before and after)

View attachment 3682449

View attachment 3682453
I feel like if you havent been born with colored eyes and really desire that striking look, getting some colored eye contacts is a really good idea

Pros:
Instant change
Huge variety
Available without prescription

Cons:
Higher risk of infections
Not really comfortable
Medium cost
Short lifespan

This is actually basic asf but Ill link other threads that go more in depth soon

Nutrition:
We all know a good diet is good for a good skin and even more if you suffer of hormonal acne, so here Ill give some advice

1. Replace your sugary processed food with fruits: Oranges, kiwi, strawberry, watermelon, ect.
2. Start eating more meat, if I had to give a preference it would be a rare steak, since "harmful bacteria" will be already dead at that point
View attachment 3682521

Im aware I might have "forgot" some topics but they are prolly considered cope by me or not as important to keep writing this shit lol. Thanks for reading

@rrm_ss2 @Jonas2k7 @itzyaboyJJ @Sonneillon @slaters @realshit @Mess
