how to cut hunger without drugs (anorexicels GTFIH)

i litterally cannot find a reta supplier in my nation
nor do i have the money for one anymore after emptying my entire account for a pc

so whats a good way to cut hunger
because i've been thinking of going back on a calorici deficit which worked alot last time
but i no longer have the freetime for 40km walks and such

so is there anything you guys take to cut hunger

Maybe some diabetic medications could help other GLP-1 agonist maybe like ozempic. Personally never really understood the problem behind abstaining from food but I guess.

just eat food with high satiety, potato is one of them. air fried french fries is prety sustainable for me. or just chew some ice cubes if you got the craving
